ABOUT US
Hudkins Law & Title was founded in 2006 by Attorney Jacqueline M. Hudkins. Attorney Hudkins aimed to establish an amicable law practice focused on constructive transactions. The celebration of home ownership or putting a family in a better financial position through a refinance is always a positive experience. Attorney Hudkins established the firm independently and has grown the entity to employ nine attorneys and thirteen paralegals in six office locations throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

JACQUELINE M. HUDKINS
Jacqueline M. Hudkins serves as General Counsel and leads philanthropic projects to benefit communities and protect the environment. She oversees planning and execution of complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through long-term stewardship. Her work includes directing and integrating design, construction, land management, conservation, forestry, engineering, permitting, legal, financial, and communications teams across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Jackie began practicing law in 2005 and founded Hudkins Law & Title in 2006. Over two decades of practice, she built and led a multi-office tri-state firm focused on representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in residential and commercial real estate deals. Alongside her practice, she served as an educator and thought leader within the profession, teaching New Hampshire Realtor Continuing Education courses, instructing attorneys through North East Land Title Association educational programs, and serving as an Adjunct Professor at Colby-Sawyer College. She is a contributing author and editor of multiple Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publications on the practice of real estate.
Her professional and civic service has included an appointment to the New Hampshire Humanities Board of Directors by the Governor of New Hampshire, service as a Corporator for a Massachusetts bank, and board service with The Fells Historic Estate and Gardens, the Upper Valley Music Center, and the New London Outing Club. Jackie has especially enjoyed mentoring rising young professionals and promoting a positive workplace environment with a team approach to collaboration and shared success.​​

Founder Jacqueline M. Hudkins remains a licensed attorney in good standing in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and continues to mentor and support the Hudkins Law real estate team. Her primary professional focus has now shifted from representing individual clients to leading philanthropic real estate and community projects.

After two decades devoted to helping individuals and families with their real estate goals, Jackie is bringing that experience to a broader mission: projects that protect and enhance natural resources, expand community access to nature, create opportunities for education and recreation, and leave something meaningful for future generations.
