JACQUELINE M. HUDKINS founded Hudkins Law PLLC in 2006 to provide title and settlement services for real estate transactions. She is the sole principal of the firm and manages five offices, attorneys, and paralegal staff. Attorney Hudkins represents lenders, buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions and is co-chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Real Property section. Attorney Hudkins is based at the firm’s New London, NH location and manages the firm’s offices in Windham, NH, Concord, NH, Norwich, VT and Andover, MA. She is a contributing author for two MCLE publications: A Practical Guide to Residential Real Estate Transactions and Foreclosures in New Hampshire (2010) and Handling Real Estate Transactions in Massachusetts (2013). Attorney Hudkins has served as an educator for North East Land Title Association’s educational seminars for attorneys. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Colby Sawyer and was named by the Merrimack Valley Business Magazine as a one of the top 40 entrepreneurs under the age of 40 in the magazine’s October 2010 edition. Attorney Hudkins is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Private Banking division of a New Hampshire bank. Attorney Hudkins serves on the Board of Directors for The Fells Historic Estate and Gardens in Newbury, NH and has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Upper Valley Music Center in Lebanon, NH the New London Outing Club in New London, NH. She was honored as Affiliate of the Year in 2012 by the Granite State South Board of Realtors for her contributions as an educator to Realtors in New Hampshire.
